The primary goal of Hospice of the Bluegrass is to provide compassionate, physical, emotional and spiritual care to the dying patient and his or her family. Hospice of the Bluegrass is a private not-for-profit agency governed by a Board of Directors, which is composed of members of the communities that Hospice of the Bluegrass serves. The Board sets policy and the President is responsible for implementing the directives of the Board, as well as for the general operation of the agency.
